Deer Park Cleaning, Inc. is a woman-owned company located in Manassas, Va.  Our birthdate is June 23, 2002. The owner and founder, Sandie L. Barkeit, started the company part-time by cleaning residential homes and it's name was Deer Park Cleaning Services. Since Ms. Barkeit needed to establish enough money to support herself, she worked evenings at a fine-dining restaurant, Panino in Manassas, Va. She was motivated enough to market to all of her friends, ex-employers, and walked to about 30 homes at day..to help sell her company. Within about 9 months, Deer Park Cleaning Services was her full-time job and her developed relationships with a few Realtors in order to provide move-in and move-out cleanings.

Moving forward, In 2004, Ms. Barkiet saw a growing need for Commercial Cleaning in Prince William County. So, on Febrary 18, 2004 Deer Park Cleaning Services became Deer Park Cleaning, Inc. Then by August 15, 2004, DPCI became a member of Prince William -Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce. Since then DPCI has grown to numerours Commercial Contracts, with Team Leaders and several part-time Office Cleaners. DPCI is now officially a full service Commercial Cleaning company and is also a member of the Building Service Contractors Asssociation International.

The services we offer are General Cleaning, Detailing, and have commercial equipment to steam-clean carpets and strip and polish tile floors. Additionally, we have short term and long term contracts available and most importantly we offer PWGMCC members a discount with a 12-month contact.
